Before property, I spent more than twenty years in corporate IT, managing complex processes, contracts, and client relationships at senior level. That background taught me that accountability, attention to detail, and getting the process right aren’t optional. They’re what separate a good outcome from a costly one.
I brought that same discipline to property. I know the regulations, understand what makes a transaction legally sound, and I’m proactive about identifying issues before they become problems. I also stay closely connected to the market, the actual numbers, the trends, what properties are really selling for, and what that means for your specific situation. Property is a business, and I treat it like one.

In 2007 I moved to Hout Bay with my daughter and my mother, and it quickly became home in the truest sense. I know these streets, these neighbourhoods, and the community. I work across Sea Point, Green Point, Camps Bay and the rest of the Atlantic Seaboard, including Constantia and surrounds. I know where it’s safe to go walking, where to shop, which areas are quietly becoming the most sought-after, and what makes each one different. That’s not something you learn from a database. It’s something that comes from nearly two decades of living here.
You’ll often find me on the local green belt trails with my two Yorkies, or meeting friends and clients for coffee. This community is part of my daily life and that connection shapes the way I understand and represent property here, in a way that no amount of market research can fully replicate.

After more than twenty years in corporate IT, I made a deliberate move into property, joining Just Property in Sea Point. I started in rentals and quickly grew into sales across the Atlantic Seaboard and Hout Bay.
Eight years building local expertise
Nearly a decade at Just Property handling everything from studio apartments to family homes — sales, rentals, negotiations, and the compliance requirements that come with each. I came to know this market not just professionally, but personally.
A deliberate choice
I chose to go independent, joining eXp Realty South Africa and launching The Property Doorway. Not because something was wrong — because I wanted to build something different. Full attention, every client, every time.
